We're Hiring: Junior Accountant (Fresh Graduate)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial data verification, reconciliation, and account checking to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
- Prepare accounting journal entries and analyze financial data.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized accounting records and documentation.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and other accounting review processes.
- Communicate findings and present financial analysis clearly to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including debit-credit concepts, expense account classification, and accounting journal entries.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a good understanding of basic formulas.
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly understand new processes and instructions.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Proactive, initiative-driven, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Willing to learn, adaptable, and open to receiving feedback.
- Detail-oriented, honest, and able to maintain the confidentiality of financial information.
- Willing to work mobile once a week as required.
