Job Description:
Viskal is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Junior to support the company's daily finance and accounting activities. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and supporting the smooth execution of financial operations under the supervision of the Finance & Accounting Supervisor or Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of daily accounting and financial activities to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the recording and processing of financial transactions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance maintenance.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and reports, such as Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Reports, under guidance from senior team members.
- Maintain, organize, and update financial records and supporting documentation in a structured and accurate manner.
- Assist in monitoring cash flow and support budget tracking and financial reporting activities.
- Prepare and compile documents and information required for audits, reviews, and compliance purposes.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure adherence to internal controls, company procedures, and accounting standards.
- Carry out additional administrative and accounting-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience of 1–2 years in accounting or finance will be considered an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting practices.
- Familiarity with Indonesian taxation regulations is a plus; Brevet A/B certification is beneficial but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy when handling financial information.
- Eagerness to learn, receptive to feedback, and capable of following instructions effectively.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in both English and Mandarin, written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Full-time position with an onsite work arrangement at the Viskal Office in Denpasar, Bali.
