Job description for Junior Account Manager at PT Terra Drone Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
- Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address any client concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure all document required each project prepared and received in a timely manner (such as bpk and spk outstanding).
- Collaborating with Internal, to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests.
- Clearly communicate and coordinate the progress of project to District and Project Management.
- Generate daily Report to Head of Account Manager and weekly report to Stakeholder.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Sales, or a related field. An advanced degree or coursework in drone technology or agricultural sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with agricultural technology solutions (preferably drones) and their applications in precision farming.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to all over Indonesia.
