Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, becoming their trusted business partner.
- Understand clients' business needs and recommend the best solutions to help them achieve their goals.
- Handle day-to-day client communications and ensure inquiries or issues are resolved promptly.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Project, Technical Support, Operations, and Finance) to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Support upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewal initiatives to grow client accounts.
- Prepare and present business reviews, performance reports, and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure client information, contracts, and account records are well maintained.
- Build long-term partnerships by delivering outstanding service and support.
- Achieve individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with internship or up to 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, or other client-facing roles are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Good problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
