Junior Account Executive Intern

We are NOTCH Creative Agency a 360 integrated digital marketing solutions, is looking for an energetic, confident and fast learner person to fit in Jr. Account Executive Intern position. You will work closely with Client Service Team managing the relationship between the clients and internal team. Responsible in day to day administration and communication with our clients from diverse industries. Time management will be crucial to implement and meet the project deadlines.

Job description:

• Fostering good relations with both new and existing clients, including understand client needs and handle the process.
• Handling day-to-day activities with clients and administration, such issuing invoices, time plans, client notes, report, MoM, etc.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Iniatiate meeting and brainstorming sessions.
• Internal team briefing.

Requirements:

• Last Year Student or Fresh Graduate with Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Communication or similar.
• Interested in digital marketing, business and communication.
• Understands scopes of digital advertising (Social Media, KOL/ Influencer Marketing, Brand Activation, SEO/ SEM, etc.)
• Understanding of online marketing tools, social media platforms, Google Workspace.
• Able to manage multiple projects.
• High confidence to work with all level peers and clients.
• Good in presenting and communicating ideas and reports accross division.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both speaking and writting.
• East to work with and able to work in a fast and dynamic environment.
• Willing to commute to our office in South Jakarta area.
