Job description for Junior 3D Specialist at eVantage HR
Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop 3D models, objects, assets, and visual elements based on project requirements, sketches, references, or design briefs.
- Assist with texturing, material creation, lighting, rendering, and scene setup.
- Modify and refine 3D assets based on feedback from senior team members, designers, or clients.
- Prepare high-quality 3D renders and visual presentations for internal reviews and client projects.
- Ensure that 3D models meet project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Organize and maintain project files, assets, and documentation.
- Regular site visit and site coordinate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Animation, Multimedia, Digital Arts, Visual Communication Design, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
- Proficient in English
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
- Familiarity with at least one 3D software application, such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.
- Basic understanding of materials, UV mapping, textures, and rendering techniques.
- Good visual awareness, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret design references and follow creative direction.
- Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and production workflows.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing 3D projects, academic work, personal projects, or previous professional work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other image-editing software.
- Familiarity with rendering tools such as V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Cycles, or similar.
- Exposure to animation, rigging, visual effects, or real-time rendering tools such as Unreal Engine or Unity.
- Internship, freelance, or professional experience in 3D design or digital content production.
