Jr. Product Designer

As a Junior Product Designer, you will support the design team in creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You’ll work across the ent bb ire design process—from research and wireframing to visual design and prototyping—while learning from senior designers and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and other stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who is eager to grow, contribute to real-world projects, and build strong design fundamentals in a collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

1. Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to final production.
2. Act as user’s advocate. Understand and solve user problems within the context of the product/business.
3. Contribute to and participate in our design critique process, to receive and provide feedback on design work.
4. Maintaining a consistent brand image for all visual and interactive brand communications.
5. QA work to ensure designs and creative assets are polished and ready for implementation handoff or final delivery.
6. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and UX Research to drive product strategy and to design simple experiences that our customers love.
7. Communicate ideas and solutions to the stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

1. Min 1 years of experience in a design role on crypto / gaming / fintech / ecommerce / investment start-ups.
2. Proven track record of working within a product team to ship successful products to users.
3. Ability to own design process end-to-end from concept to implementation.
4. Highly conceptual thinking in visual and interaction design and it shows in your portfolio.
5. Sharp attention to detail and mastery over your craft: visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
6. A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of consistency, typography, colour, design systems, and attention to detail.
7. Experience creating and maintaining both product and brand design systems.
8. Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.
9. Design experiences across all platforms: iOS, Android, Web Mobile/Desktop.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
