Job description for Jr. Operational Manager at Recovered Indonesia

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, with managerial/supervisory experience.
Experience in manufacturing, recycling, or waste/plastic management is preferred
Strong understanding of management fundamentals: leadership, people management, planning, KPI management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
Strong understanding of operational/production fundamentals, including productivity, efficiency, quality control, SOPs, cost control, and HSE
Ability to analyze operational data and make data-driven decisions
Proven ability to lead teams, manage targets, and ensure effective and efficient operations
Strong communication and coordination skills
Willing to work hands-on and be directly involved in field operations.
