Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance the IT Governance Framework, SDLC Governance, and Change & Release Management processes.
Analyse and implement Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Digitise business processes using technologies such as Power Platform, Power BI, SQL, SharePoint, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Confluence, and Generative AI.
Develop dashboards and KPIs to support data-driven decision making.
Support the implementation of AI-powered process optimisation and intelligent automation.
Review, develop, and continuously improve SOPs, standards, guidelines, and operational processes.
Support audit readiness, compliance initiatives, and IT governance improvements.
Qualifications
1 years of experience
Proven experience leading process improvement and workflow digitalisation initiatives.
Experience in audit, compliance, or risk governance activities.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
