Job Description:
- Develop and maintain web applications, internal systems, and digital products.
- Build new features based on business and user requirements.
- Participate in the development of products, systems, and various digital projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Write clean, structured, and maintainable code following software development best practices.
- Utilize AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar tools) to support coding, debugging, problem-solving, and improve development productivity.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and application performance optimization.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or candidates with internship experience, personal projects, freelance work, or other relevant experience in the IT field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of Fullstack Development concepts, including both Frontend and Backend development.
- Basic understanding of web and/or mobile application development.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Comfortable with or willing to adopt AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar tools) to assist with coding, debugging, and problem-solving.
- Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and adapt to new technologies.
- Possess a can-do attitude, strong ownership, proactiveness, accountability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
