Job description for Jr. Business Development at BELITE
Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify potential corporate clients and conducting cold outreach to develop new business opportunities
2. Present recruitment and job portal solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and achieve sales targets
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business, upselling, and long-term partnerships
4. Manage the sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, and prepare regular reports
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Requirements:
1. Has a minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field
2. Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Is proactive, target-driven, and confident in client-facing situations
4. Is comfortable with cold outreach and business development activities
5. Can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
6. Is familiar with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, or sales activities (a plus)
7. Is fluent in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia
