Jr. Accounting & Finance (Mandarin Speaker)

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Finance & Accounting who is fluent in Mandarin to support our finance operations. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who want to grow their career in finance and accounting. You will work closely with the team to ensure accuracy in financial processes, effective communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, and smooth documentation management.

What You Will Do:

• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial documents, reports, and statements.
• Support daily finance and accounting activities such as reconciliations, data entry, and payment processing
• Maintain proper filing and organization of financial records to ensure accessibility and compliance
• Provide Mandarin–Indonesian translation for financial documents and communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth finance operations.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the team/manager.
  

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in finance/accounting (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Proficiency in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is a must.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
