Job Desk Jointer FTTH:

• Melaksanakan aktifitas jointing dan terminasi dari perangkat-perangkat FO

• Mempersiapkan alat-alat kerja yang dibutuhkan secara konsisten

• Bertanggung jawab atas ketepatan hasil pelaksanaan jointing maupun terminasi sesuai spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan

• Mendukung koordinasi di internal dan eksternal perusahaan dalam rangka memastikan ketepatan hasil pelaksanaan pekerjaan

• Mendukung mengidentifikasi masalah dan dalam memberikan solusi di saat terdapat kendala

• Menjaga hubungan kemitraan yang baik dengan customer

• Pria. min. pengalaman 2 tahun di bidang yang sama (jaringan Fiber Optik)

• Mampu melakukan teknik penyambungan kabel Fiber Optik dengan sangat baik

• Menguasai teknis kabel Fiber Optik, teknologi kabel Fiber Optik dan mengerti dasar-dasar jaringan FO (Cabling, Optical Termination Box, Splitter, Enclosure, dsb)

• Memahami FTTH, FTTB, FTTx, Fishbone dan standart instalasi berikut implementasi jaringan Fiber Optik (Penerapan passive spliter, ODC, ODP, OTB, OLT, ONT, Rosset, dll) dengan baik

• Mampu dan memahami membaca gambar data teknis jaringan (datek FO), peta jaringan, topologi jaringan, dll

• Mampu bekerja dalam target (work under pressure)

• Berbadan sehat, memiliki tingkat ketelitian, daya analisa dan daya ingat yang baik

• Memiliki semangat, integritas dan inisiatif yang tinggi, proaktif, bisa bekerja dengan team work, jujur dan penuh tanggung jawab
