Java Developer (onsite)

We’re looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Java Developer who’s ready to take their skills to the next level. Whether you’re debugging legacy systems or building new features from scratch, this role offers the chance to work on exciting projects—both on-site with clients and in an outsourcing capacity.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Write Clean, Scalable Code : Build robust applications using Java and frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, or Jakarta EE.

✅ Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with clients, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

✅ Debug & Optimize : Identify bottlenecks, squash bugs, and ensure smooth performance in production environments.

✅ Learn & Adapt : Gain hands-on experience working on diverse projects—from enterprise systems to innovative tools.

✅ On-Site & Remote Flexibility : Be open to working directly with clients on-site or contributing remotely as part of our outsourcing team.

Who You Are:

✅ Java Enthusiast : 1–3 years of experience with Java development—whether it’s backend systems, APIs, or full-stack applications.

✅ Framework Familiarity : Comfortable with Spring Boot, Hibernate, or similar frameworks.
