Job description for Japanese Trainer/Japanese Teacher at hadetama
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Japanese Teacher to join our team at LPK Hadetama. This role is pivotal in preparing students for their journey to Japan, equipping them with essential Japanese language skills, cultural understanding, and the confidence to thrive in a Japanese-speaking environment. Success in this position is defined by students' language proficiency progress, engagement, and readiness for real-world communication.
Responsibilities:
Teach Japanese language classes focusing on JLPT N4 levels, ensuring students grasp grammar, vocabulary, kanji, and listening comprehension.
Design and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to different learning styles and skill levels.
Prepare students for JLPT/JFT exams and provide additional support for their individual language needs.
Conduct regular assessments to track and report student progress to the organization and students themselves.
Incorporate Japanese cultural knowledge into lessons to enhance language learning and context.
Provide guidance and support to students in understanding the nuances of Japanese professional communication.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and curriculum development.
Qualifications:
Male/Female from any background with 1-year minimum in teaching Japanese or from Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language Education, Japanese Literature, or related fields.
Certified in Japanese language proficiency with a minimum JLPT N3 level.
Prior experience studying, working, or living in Japan is desirable.
Strong teaching and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learners’ needs and goals.
Passion for Japanese language, culture, and education.
Placement in Bekasi, Indonesia.
Available to start work as soon as possible.
