Job description
- Handle escalated customer cases and follow the applicable SOP.
- Provide solutions for accommodation-related requests and complaints within the agreed SLA.
- Create and update case/ticket documentation accurately.
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Follow the latest SOP, Working Instructions (WI), and company guidelines.
- Participate in team activities and support team needs when required.
- Communicate with customers and partners using their native language when needed.
Requirements
- Preferably have active Japanese skills (speaking / writing/reading/listening) min N2
- Indonesian citizen with minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
- Prefer having 1 years of experience in OTA or hospitality (reservation) but open to any experience or Fresh Graduate
- Able to communicate effectively to all internal and external customers through written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in using basic office software, including Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule based on operational needs.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan
