WE ARE HIRING FULL TIME JAPANESE LANGUAGE TEACHER [Bekasi Plant]
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Japanese Language Teacher to join our growing team. If you have a strong command of the Japanese language and a desire to help students achieve their dreams of working or studying in Japan, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Japanese language classes for students (Basic to Intermediate levels).
Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials (Irodori, Minna no Nihongo, JLPT/JFT preparation).
Monitor and evaluate student progress through regular tests and assignments.
Assist in cultural orientation and pre-departure briefings.
Collaborate with the administrative team regarding student data and performance.
Requirements
Minimum JLPT N3 or equivalent (N2 is a plus).
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Japanese Literature or Education (preferred).
Previous experience in teaching or living/working in Japan (Ex-Kenshusei/Tokutei Ginou are welcome to apply).
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Deep understanding of Japanese work culture and ethics.
