IT Technician will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining network connectivity. Key responsibilities include responding to troubleshooting technical problems, performing routine system checks, and assisting with hardware maintenance. The role also involves collaborating with other IT team members to ensure the efficient functioning of all IT systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer/Information Systems or related fields
2. Fluent in Mandarin
3. Prefer experienced in related fields
4. Placement in Kawasan Industri Terpadu Kabil - Batam
