Job description for IT Technical Support at MSBU
Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support, IT Helpdesk, or a related IT role.
3. Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and basic networking.
4. Have basic knowledge of IT asset management, service ticketing, and IT administration.
5. Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
6. Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
Job Description:
1. IT incidents and service requests are handled and followed up on time.
2. IT asset records, and stock opname data are accurate and up to date.
3. NGS service tickets are created, monitored, and documented properly.
4. AP and IO administrative processes are supported with complete documentation and timely follow-up.
5. IT reports and supporting documents are maintained accurately and submitted on time.
