- Checking CCTV computers, CCTV networks and CCTV cameras
- Server room temperature check
- Checking attendance computer & attendance machine
- UPS Check
- LAN Network & WAN Network Check
- PABX checking, telephone network and telephone sets
- Making requests for procurement of IT goods and consumptive devices/operations
- Perform printer toner refill management
- Archiving IT documents
- Update IT inventory tools
- Perform data backup of all user computers
- Repairing the user's computer
- Helping the entire group of companies PT. Rapigra regarding IT issues
- Prepare IT equipment/facilities for teleconference meetings or others
- Repair internet network, LAN, WAN
