Job description for IT Technical Support Engineer at Sistema Datapilar
- Responsibility to learn, understand and implement solution which our company offers to our clients
- Responsibility to log, monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot any technical issue
- Responsibility to report any assigned projects, activities, or tasks to higher management
- Bachelor Information Technology and related department (S1) for fresh graduates
- Proficient in English language both Written and Verbal
- Have experience in Relational Database System (MsSQL, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc)
- Have experience in installation and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux Operating System
- Have knowledge in software development life cycle methodology and common programming language (Java, Spring Boot, etc)
- Having experience in API / Webservices management system is a plus
- Having experience in Docker or other Containerization system is a plus
- Having experience in Mobile application (Android/IOS) is a plus
