IT Tech Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.
• Handle recruitment for SAP positions (e.g., SAP ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, PP, BASIS, BW, SAC, PI/PO, SuccessFactors, etc.) and General IT roles (e.g., Software Engineer, QA, DevOps, Business Analyst, Data Engineer, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Project Manager, Product Owner, UI/UX, etc.).
• Understand technical job requirements and identify qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, internal databases, and networking.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of SAP and IT professionals.
• Negotiate salary expectations and manage the offer process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, market intelligence, and emerging technologies within the IT industry.
• Ensure recruitment activities meet company KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within an IT consulting or staffing company.
• Proven experience recruiting for both SAP and General IT positions.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation and candidate relationship management abilities.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
