Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IT Consultant – Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles and act as a strategic partner between candidates and business needs. This role requires strong understanding of IT positions and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements for IT roles (Developer, QA, DevOps, etc.).
• Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, IT communities).
• Conduct CV screening and initial HR interviews.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (screening, interview coordination, offering).
• Provide insights to hiring managers regarding candidate quality and market trends.
• Build and maintain a strong IT talent pipeline.
• Ensure recruitment processes are completed within agreed timelines.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT Banking roles and technical skill sets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Target-driven and able to work under tight deadlines
