Job description for IT System Analyst (Temporary Project) at PT E-Tirta Medical Centre
Requirements
- Has experience in hospital / clinical and pharmacy workflows, including patient journeys and medical record management, and understanding regulations related to the health information management system in Indonesia is a plus.
- 2+ years experienced in the relevant field (preferable have experienced to involve directly to make new system or project from the scratch).
- Strong strategic thinking in analysing business processes, identifying needs and delivering solutions.
- Good written technical documentation (software specification, business requirement, etc.) and verbal communication skills to various stakeholders.
- Experience gathering and documenting Business and Functional Requirements.
- Excellent knowledge in product lifecycle with agile methodology and have ability in utilizing various tools to concept the product (such as databases, UI/UX design, etc.)
- Familiar with task management tools (Asana, JIRA, Trello), database design, data flow (SQL, No-SQL), design/wireframe and prototyping tools (Figma, Draw.io, etc).
- Good written and verbal communication skill.
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem solving environment.
- Able to work full time on site (Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat).
Job Description
- Analyze and understand systems processes and business requirements and translate them to system design.
- Configure / customize the application to facilitate designated processes and transaction flow, including interface programs.
- Create and execute design specification, documentation, testing and implementation in accordance to the project development methodology, change management and release processes.
- Monitor and evaluate software releases /patches and make the appropriate recommendations.
