- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
- Ability to maintain IT systems and networks.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assist with troubleshooting technical issues and provide timely support.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
- Familiar with various operating systems and databases.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience with configuring or handling MikroTik devices is preferred.
