Job description for IT Support at PT Daikin Applied Solutions Indonesia

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for end-users (helpdesk support)
Diagnose and resolve problems related to computer hardware and software especially Office 365
Monitor and maintain network systems (LAN/WAN, internet connectivity)
Perform routine system maintenance and IT infrastructure checks
Maintain documentation and prepare regular IT reports
Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary
Support and troubleshoot ERP system operations within the company

Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
1–3 years of experience as an IT Support or similar role
Proven troubleshooting skills in hardware and software issues
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, WiFi)
Familiar with installation and configuration of common business applications
Good command in English written and verbally
