Qualifications:
- Based in Bali.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Freelance/Part-time applicants (minimum onsite presence: 2 days per week).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Support/IT Staff role.
- Strong ability to provide technical assistance and resolve user issues efficiently.
- Solid knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Ability to assess IT needs and provide training to end-users.
- Proficient in IT helpdesk software/tools.
- Experience in process documentation and performance monitoring.
- Advanced understanding of database maintenance and system security.
- Up-to-date with current IT trends and technological innovations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- SEO experience is highly preferred.
- Install, configure, and maintain design-related software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit), project management tools (e.g., Zoho, ClickUp, Slack), and antivirus applications.
- Ensure optimal performance of company computers, software, and applications.
- Maintain data security and prevent unauthorized access.
- Repair and troubleshoot computers and related equipment, including CCTV networking.
- Perform regular system and software updates.
- Conduct scheduled data backups.
- Ensure all office hardware (printers, scanners, etc.) is operational.
- Set up and manage networks, including cabling and configuration.
- Detect, remove, and prevent viruses and malware.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external partners as needed.
