Job description for IT Support at Pollux Mall Cikarang

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, dan jaringan Instalasi, konfigurasi, dan pembaruan perangkat & aplikasi
  • Memberikan dukungan teknis (helpdesk) kepada seluruh pengguna internal
  • Monitoring jaringan LAN/WiFi dan perangkat aktif
  • Pengelolaan aset dan inventaris IT perusahaan
  • Memastikan backup data dan keamanan sistem berjalan dengan baik

Kualifikasi:

  • Minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait
  • Pengalaman 1–2 tahun di posisi IT Support (fresh graduate dipersilahkan)
  • Menguasai OS Windows & troubleshooting hardware/software
  • Memahami dasar jaringan
  • Familiar dengan Microsoft 365 atau Google Workspace
  • Komunikatif, teliti, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim
