Job description for IT support at PT. Hexaon Business Mitrasindo
Deskripsi pekerjaan :
1. Melakukan pengecekan, analisa, dan tindak lanjut kondisi masing-masing end-user device agar sesuai standarisasi IT untuk menjaga compliance dan mencegah security cyber melalui end-user device. Adapun tindak lanjut dari hasil analisa tersebut adalah instalasi, update, monitoring, troubleshooting, dan standarisasi sesuai check list
2. Preventive dan corrective sesuai SLA yaitu 3 kali dalam 1 tahun (kecuali terdapai major incident atau request khusus akan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan Bank).
3. Support pekerjaan major incident atau request khusus sesuai permintaan
4. Report hasil pekerjaan terkait monitoring, instalasi, update, troubleshooting, standarisasi sesuai checklist sebanyak 12 (dua belas) kali dalam 1 (satu) tahun
5. Report hasil pekerjaan terkait reventive, corrective sesuai SLA dan Support pekerjaan major incident atau request khusus sesuai permintaansebanyak 3 (tiga) kali dalam 1 (satu) tahun.
Kualifikasi :
1. Minimal D3 dari Perguruan Tinggi dengan Jurusan IT: Teknik Komputer, Teknik lnformatika, Sistem lnformatika, Manajemen lnformatika, llmu Komputer, Sistem Komputer, Teknologi lnformasi.
2. IPK minimal 2.75 (skala 4).
3. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai IT Support
4. Memiliki kemampuan analitis dan troubleshooting yang baik dan detil.
5. Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam Problem Finding dan Problem Solving.
6. Dapat bekerjasama dalam tim dan memiliki kemampuan interpersonal yang baik.
7. Memahami infrastruktur, network, dan security IT
8. Memiliki pengetahuan teknologi terkini
