Job description for IT Support at Pt Digital Distribusi Indonesia
Location: Remote, with availability for on-site support at least once per week as required.
Position Type: Freelance / Part-Time
Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by employees, including software, hardware, and network-related problems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors, software malfunctions, and network connectivity issues, both remotely and on-site as necessary.
- System Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain IT systems, including computers, servers, and network equipment, ensuring all devices are secure and functioning optimally.
- Remote and On-Site Support: Offer remote assistance as a primary method of support but be available for on-site visits at least once weekly to address in-person IT needs.
- Backup and Recovery: Assist in managing data backups and recovery processes to minimize data loss and ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows, macOS, and other operating systems.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to visit the office (BSD) at least once per week or as required.
