- Provide day-to-day IT support for employees
- Troubleshoot computer, software, internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, and printer issues
- Set up and maintain laptops, computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- Install and configure software and applications
- Manage IT assets and employee accounts/access
- Perform regular maintenance and checks on IT equipment
- Coordinate with IT vendors when needed
- Monitor driver activity and location via GPS during shifts
- Handle and follow up on IT-related requests from employees
