Job description for IT Support at PT Pelitamaju Multiswakarsa

Familiar dengan sistem jaringan LAN & Internet.
Familiar dengan Router, OS Windows, Konfigurasi Server, Backup Server, dan Data.
Menguasai Troubleshooting Software & Hardware.
Melakukan pengajuan pembelian hardware IT, software dan hal-hal lain yang berhubungan dengan hal tersebut.
Melakukan Instalasi, perawatan dan penyediaan dukungan harian baik untuk hardware & software Windows, & peralatan termasuk finger absence, printer, scanner, hard-drives external, dll.
Melakukan pendaftaran & pendataan absensi pada karyawan baru / pekerja di seluruh proyek-proyek perusahaan. Termasuk penarikan data absensi.
Memonitor penggunaan file data dan mengatur akses untuk melindungi informasi dalam file komputer.

KUALIFIKASI:

Pendidikan min. D3/S1 Teknik Komputer / Teknik Informatika.
Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan.
Mampu bekerja secara Individu / Team.
Rajin, Ulet, Disiplin, Loyal, dan Memiliki dedikasi yang tinggi terhadap perusahaan.
Memiliki jiwa Leadership yang baik, Target oriented, & detail oriented.
