Now, we're Hiring for a IT Support Staff area Dadap, Tangerang
Job Description:
- Responsible for troubleshooting system and network
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software systems, network and printers
- Tecnicall Support for all department
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Setting up accounts for new and exit employee
- Make reports and documentation IT Support
- Ensure each device used by users complies with IT Policy
- Maintain up to date system software including patch and antivirus
- Collaborating with other IT Team Members including higher level support or system administration
Requirement:
- At Least 1 year of working experience as IT Support Staff or realted field.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, network and software, including operating system and common office applications
- Had problem solving skills and the ability diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to interact effectively with end-users and colleagues
- Active listening skills to understand and address users concerns
- Dicipline and integrity
- An eagerness to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends
- Preferable if experience in implementing or maintaining PABX and CCTV systems
