Job description for IT Support at PT. Ayodya Dialog Semesta
We are looking for an IT Support professional who will be responsible for maintaining IT systems and infrastructure. The right candidate will have extensive knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and have good communication skills.
Main responsibility:
Provide technical support in resolving hardware and software problems.
Maintain and update operating systems, applications, and hardware.
Ensuring the availability and reliability of computer networks, including troubleshooting if interference occurs.
Assists in the installation and repair of hardware, including computers, printers, and other devices.
Carry out routine monitoring and maintenance of IT security systems, as well as carry out corrective actions if necessary.
Provide basic training to employees on the use of devices and software.
Collaborate with third party service providers for troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Min SMA / SMK Informatika
Having minimun 1 year experience
Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools
