Job description for IT Support at PT Teknologi Strategis Nusantara

Bertanggung jawab dalam memberikan layanan IT secara end-to-end kepada seluruh customer maskapai asing tentunya berkomunikasi dengan Bahasa Inggris, serta pihak nonmaskapai yang menggunakan layanan di GMF seperti TNI-Hercules, Sriwijaya, Citilink dsb.
Memberikan layanan IT secara onsite, meliputi:
Jaringan (network connectivity, troubleshooting, dan monitoring)
IT Support (device, user issue, aplikasi operasional)
Printer (setup, maintenance, dan troubleshooting)
Menjadi first point of contact untuk setiap kendala teknis dengan tingkat urgensi tinggi
Melakukan analisa awal (initial troubleshooting) dan eskalasi ke tim terkait apabila diperlukan
Memastikan seluruh layanan IT berjalan stabil, aman, dan sesuai standar operasional
Menjalin komunikasi aktif dengan user untuk menjaga kualitas layanan dan kepercayaan customer
Customer Engagement & Satisfaction: • Melakukan kunjungan rutin (onsite visit) setiap bulan • Mengarahkan customer untuk mengisi survey kepuasan layanan • Memastikan kualitas layanan tetap konsisten dan terus meningkat
