Job Description:
- Manage, maintain, and repair IT systems, including PCs, laptops, and printers.
- Diagnose and repair faults.
- Maintain and resolve network issues.
- Install and configure hardware and software for employees.
- Monitor hardware, software, and networks.
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Provide technical support.
- Demonstrate adaptability and a passion for learning and adopting new IT and technology.
Qualifications:
- Experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing hardware and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and high-growth organization.
- Basic knowledge of server Linux systems and the ability to demonstrate good decision-making skills.
- Understanding of Wi-Fi AP (Access Point) configuration.
- Familiarity with Cisco Meraki firewalls, access points, and switches.
- Understanding of VLANs and network setup.
- Fundamentals of network concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and HTTPS.
- In-depth knowledge of LAN and WAN topology.
