Job description for IT Support at Xai Syndicate Internasional
Main Responsibilities:
Receive, prioritize and resolve IT support requests
Installation, maintenance, monitor and provide daily support both for hardware and software.
Responsible for system and network security.
Research & implement new processes or new technologies to improve IT infrastructure.
Sharing data peer to peer, System ivanty, System Mcafee and IP Static
Check serial number by Power Shell
Check Hostname by power shell
Proxy setting, Internet opyion, Backup bookmark browser (crome, firefox, IE)
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology
Preferably experienced at least 1 year working as an IT Support
Familiar with software & hardware troubleshooting and network configuration
Familiar with DLC Boot Table
Good communication and problem solving skill is a must
Competent at handling users assertively
Area domicile : Ketapang, Medan, Palopo, Sukabumi, Garut, Palu, Parepare, Mamuju, Sofifi, Timika
