- Provide helpdesk support and solve problem user
- Responding for user complain
- Monitoring all network, server, website , and application
- Setup and troubleshooting PC environment and network
- Shifting working hour
Requirements
- maximum 25th years old
- Have an experience minimal 1 year at the same position
- SMK Degree in engineering or computer science
- Must be proficient in operating computer, internet, email, and Microsoft Office Application (MS Word, MS Excel, etc)
- Understand about PC environment and IT network
- Fast learner, hardworking, can work under pressure, available to work overtime, responsible and discipline
- Able to work in team as well as individual
- Willing to learn or update a new technology as needed
