Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive IT Support to handle day-to-day technical support and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. This role will be responsible for supporting end users, maintaining IT infrastructure, and managing IT assets, while collaborating with vendors and internal teams. Suitable for candidates at a junior to mid level who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT helpdesk support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and peripherals
- Manage office network, internet connectivity, and basic server maintenance
- Maintain and track IT assets, inventory, and software licenses
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding (account setup, device provisioning, access control)
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and user guides
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement, maintenance, and issue resolution
- Ensure basic IT security practices are implemented (antivirus, access control, updates)
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk
- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, Wi-Fi)
- Familiar with Windows OS, common office applications, and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 is a plus
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
