IT Support

Job description

1. Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems
2. Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations
3. Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware, network, and system-related issues
4. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of IT equipment
5. Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary
6. Maintain documentation of IT assets, maintenance activities, and technical issues

Job requirements

1. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
2. Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
3. Experience in hardware and network troubleshooting is preferred
4. Familiar with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and network devices
5. Basic understanding of MikroTik and Ruijie network devices and configurations
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
7. Able to work independently and as part of a team
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills
