Job description for IT Support at PT HIT International

Qualifications:

• Min Diploma on Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology

• Min 2 year experience as IT Technical Support / IT Infrastructure / System Administrator

• 25-35 years old

• Accustomed to handling hardware, software and database system trouble shooting problems

• Hardware Management (Servers : Windows / Linux, computers, NAS, cabling, network devices, telecommunication devices)

• Familiar with Microsoft office

• Good communication and able to work together as a team

• Ready to work ASAP, area at Mangkuluhur, Setiabudi, Kuningan

• Ready to work under pressure

• Like and be familiar with technological developments including AI

Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

• Providing technical support across the company

• Responsible for managing and maintaining, truobleshoot IT devices (Hardware, Network and Software)

• Willing to learn Software & products sold by the Company (CCTV, finger print, access control, and other security systems)

• Create manual book and software and hardware documentation

• Willing to be assigned out of town by the company
