Technical Support
- Maintenance Support & Troubleshooting with operating systems, hardware installation
- Troubleshoot network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi), printer setups, and office software support
- Ttroubleshooting software and hardware issues networking, Active Directory
- Basic server configuration and maintenance
- Pengerjaan sesuai (SLA) atau standar layanan yang menunjukkan waktu respons, waktu penyelesaian, dan ketersediaan dukungan IT
- Helpdesk Support
Requirment :
- CVs Must in English
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology or Computer Science
- At least 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with operating systems, hardware installation, and troubleshooting
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi), printer setups, and office software support
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Ability to troubleshoot printer issues
- Knowledge of manual, Acronis, and Ghost-based operating system (OS) installation
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Understanding of Active Directory fundamentals
- Understanding of basic server configuration and maintenance
- English proficiency
