IT Support

Responsibilities

1. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and related IT equipment
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, and implement effective solutions
3. Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures
4. Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of IT systems and applications
5. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all IT support activities
6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT processes and services
7. Provide support and training for the ERP system and in-house applications (training will be provided)
8. Manage and administer Active Directory, including domain joins and user access management
9. Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, access control, LAN/WLAN networks, and VLAN setups
10. Perform installation and maintenance of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and other essential software

Qualifications

1. Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2. Minimum 2 years experience in IT Support
3. Skilled in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers & peripherals
4. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking (LAN/WLAN/VLAN)
5. Experience with Active Directory (domain join, user access)
6. Familiar with CCTV & access control systems
7. Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
8. Good communication skill and ability to support/train end-users
9. Willing to learn and support ERP & in-house applications (training provided)
