Job description for IT Support Staff at Pt Kurhanz Trans

KUALIFIKASI:

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Jurusan IT
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 - 3 tahun sebagai IT Support
Memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan terkait perangkat keras (hardware) dan perangkat lunak (software), Microsoft Office, PABX, jaringan LAN, Wi-Fi, dan IP Adress.
Memiliki inisiatif, teliti, detail, dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi
Bersedia ditempatkan di Kantor Kalideres dan mobile ke lapangan jika diperlukan

TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB:

Membantu kebutuhan operasional IT untuk pemeriksaan dan troubleshooting hardware dan software
Membantu instalasi aplikasi/driver dan menghubungkan email karyawan ke perangkat sesuai arahan
Membantu pemeriksaan dan kendala pada LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, dan pemasangan kabel atau perangkat jaringan
