Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or Equivalent
- Have knowledge about network, hardware and server
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues
- Knowledgeable in MikroTik would be advantages
- Proficiency in basic Excel formulas and pivot table
- Willing to placed in West Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of computer networking, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, dan LAN/WAN
- Troubleshoot and resolve end user application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation
- Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure, and IT security
- Other duties include performing first level troubleshooting and support for scheduled server backups, system monitoring and reports
- Website and in-house application support
- New employee set-up
