Job description for IT Support NAV at PT Forta Larese

IT Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola, memelihara, dan mengembangkan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) serta mendukung operasional IT harian perusahaan

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

Menjaga kestabilan dan kinerja lingkungan produksi Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Menangani proses troubleshooting terhadap error aplikasi, masalah posting, kunci tabel (table locks), dan selisih data (ledger/dimension conflicts)
Mengelola hak akses (permissions), roles, dan model keamanan pengguna di dalam sistem
Helpdesk/support tingkat lanjut untuk modul utama NAV: Keuangan (Finance), Penjualan & Pembelian (Sales & Purchase), Persediaan (Inventory), serta Gudang (Warehouse)

Kualifikasi :

S1 di bidang Ilmu Komputer, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Informatika, atau bidang terkait
3-5 tahun pengalaman dalam support, administrasi, atau implementasi Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
Pemahaman mendasar mengenai alur kerja akuntansi, keuangan, dan rantai pasok (supply chain)
