Responsibilities:
Provide first-level IT support and assist employees in resolving daily IT issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, Windows OS, software, applications, and drivers.
Support basic network troubleshooting and maintenance, including LAN, Wi-Fi, router, switch, internet connectivity, and network cable installation/crimping.
Help ensure IT systems and automation run smoothly, including light coding/scripting and system integration support.
Record and follow up on IT incidents, requests, and maintenance activities.
Support IT projects and other operational needs as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum SMK/Bachelor’s graduate, preferably in Computer & Network Engineering (TKJ) or related field
Basic understanding of computer/laptop hardware, Windows, software installation, printer troubleshooting, and IT device maintenance.
Basic understanding of networking, including LAN, Wi-Fi, IP Address, router, switch, and internet connectivity.
Familiar with Google platform tools such as App Script, Google Sites, and Google Workspace.
Good understanding of system integration; familiarity with automation tools such as Integromat/Make or n8n is an advantage.
Fast learner, responsive, with good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
