Job description for IT Support Intern at Cita Indonesia Group
Job Descriptions:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT support team, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely resolution of issues and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Maintain detailed records of support activities, project progress, and system changes. Create and update documentation for processes, procedures, and user guides.
- Provide documentation such as Functional Specifications and user guides required throughout the project life-cycle.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides (manual book) and standart operating procedure (SOP).
- Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide solutions to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Job Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with ERP modules and their functionalities.
- Experience with project management tools (Trello, Jira, or Asana).
- Maintain detailed records of support activities, system changes, and project updates in the chosen project management tool.
- Proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets for basic reporting applications.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
