Responsibilities:
- Install and configure hardware, software, printers, and phones
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
- Implement software upgrades and applications
- Test new technology
- Set up new accounts
- Train users on how to use software and hardware
- Create documentation for users and other IT professionals
- Provide technical support to users over the phone or webchat
- Repair and replace equipment
