KUALIFIKASI

- Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau bidang terkait.

- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2-5 tahun sebagai IT Support

- Laki - Laki

- Berpengalaman melakukan troubleshooting secara end-to-end.

TANGGUNG JAWAB

Menangani troubleshooting hardware, software, jaringan, sistem operasi, dan perangkat IT perusahaan.
Memberikan technical support kepada seluruh user terkait kendala komputer, laptop, printer, network, email, aplikasi, dan perangkat pendukung lainnya.
Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, maintenance, upgrade, dan troubleshooting perangkat IT.
Melakukan monitoring dan maintenance terhadap jaringan LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, router, switch, access point, dan perangkat network lainnya.
Melakukan instalasi dan troubleshooting Windows/Linux serta aplikasi yang digunakan perusahaan.
Melakukan konfigurasi dan maintenance Active Directory, user account, permission, serta akses jaringan.
Melakukan preventive maintenance untuk memastikan perangkat dan sistem IT tetap berjalan optimal.
Melakukan diagnosis dan root cause analysis terhadap masalah IT yang berulang.
Menangani incident dan request user berdasarkan tingkat prioritas serta memastikan penyelesaian sesuai SLA.
Melakukan backup dan recovery data sesuai prosedur perusahaan.
Membantu menjaga keamanan perangkat dan sistem IT, termasuk antivirus/endpoint security, access control, dan update/patch sistem.
Melakukan inventarisasi hardware, software, license, dan aset IT perusahaan.
Membuat dan memperbarui dokumentasi IT, SOP, serta laporan troubleshooting.
Berkoordinasi dengan vendor/third party apabila terdapat permasalahan yang membutuhkan eskalasi.
Memberikan rekomendasi improvement untuk meningkatkan stabilitas, keamanan, dan efisiensi infrastruktur IT.
